Notice: 2022 General Election

PUBLIC NOTICE OF THE 2022 GENERAL ELECTION

Notice is hereby given that the 2022 General Election will be held on November 8, 2022. Election Day voting will be from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm at the designated voting precinct polling places throughout the county. If voting on Election Day, voters will need to vote at their home precinct's polling place, as designated on their voter information card. 

Please note that voters who are not registered to vote in Florida by the registration book closing deadline on October 11, 2022 will be ineligible. Party affiliation changes must be made before the October 11th deadline to be in place for the November 8th General Election.

Canvassing board meetings are open to the general public. During each meeting of the county canvassing board, each political party and each candidate may have one observer able to view ballots being examined, pursuant to 102.141(2)(a), Florida Statutes. See the Canvassing Board page for more information.

Access to ballot materials pursuant to 101.572(2), Florida Statutes, may be requested by those qualified to receive access. To request access, please contact our office to complete the necessary forms. Requests should be made at least 5 business days in advance (excluding Saturday, Sunday, and holidays).
