Voted Ballots must be returned to the Elections Office by 7:00 pm on Election Day.
In accordance with Florida Law, secure ballot intake stations (formerly known as drop boxes) are required at each elections office during business hours and at each early voting location during voting hours (see link below for dates & times). Stations will be secured and monitored at all times. Walton County has 2 elections offices and 4 early voting locations, so we will have a total of 6 secure ballot intake stations. All stations will be located securely inside and will be monitored by elections personnel.
Mail ballots cannot be accepted at an Election Day polling place.
You may track the status of your request and ballot throughout the process.
It is unlawful for any person to physically possess more than two vote-by-mail ballots per election in addition to his or her own ballot or a ballot belonging to an immediate family member.
